Tasks

-Implement best practices for formwork, reinforcement, and joint treatment in water-retaining concrete -Responsible for the safe undertaking of all works on your site on any given day, including the safety of all site personnel. -Supervise construction of water retaining structures, including tanks, basins, and reservoirs, ensuring durability, watertightness, and compliance with project specifications. -Supervise the installation, adjustment, and dismantling of Peri and Doka formwork systems. -Oversee rigging, lifting, and installation of large precast elements in accordance with lifting studies and safety plans. -Review budgets and KPI's for allocated projects monthly and flag any issues with Discipline Leads -Manage precast concrete operations, including mould preparation, casting, curing, handling, and erection. -Participate in or conduct site audits, client meetings, sign-offs, safety inspections and other requirements, at appropriate stages for each project; and -Monitor tolerances, finishes, and dimensional accuracy of cast in-situ and precast elements.

What You Bring

-Tilt Up awareness training/Tilt up supervision certificate -Efficient application and deployment of labour, plant and materials/ to the area or areas of the project allocated. -Nightshift and shift rotation may be required for periods. -Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage diverse teams. -Experience in Precast/Tilt up erection and casting preferred. -Trade certificate or similar -10 years’ experience supervising formwork crews on major infrastructure projects (civil, marine, industrial, or large-scale concrete works). -Proven expertise with Peri, RMD, Doka formwork systems. -Cert III in Supervision -Join a business with an excellent safety record as well as robust systems and process's -Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills. -Experience in Water Retaining Structures Preferable. -Cert III In Carpentry/Trade
