Tasks

-Provide monthly schedule performance data, dashboards (e.g., Power BI), and scenario planning. -Build automated dashboards and data pipelines from P6/SAP/Unifier. -Conduct Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) using Monte Carlo simulations and define schedule contingency/reserve. -Support training, data capture, and continuous improvement initiatives. -Lead interactive planning sessions and resolve logic conflicts across multi-disciplinary teams. -Ensure schedule quality for gate reviews and corporate standards. -Align schedules with cost forecasts, procurement strategies, and execution plans. -Implement schedule control systems and validate third-party forecasts. -Develop and manage integrated project schedules (IMS) across engineering, procurement, construction, CQV, and operational readiness.

What You Bring

On behalf of our client, a leading global Project & Cost Management consultancy, we are seeking an experienced Planning & Scheduling Lead to support a major pharmaceutical construction project. -Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. -Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. -Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. -5–8 years’ experience -Experience in CQV and operational readiness planning for biopharma. -Pharmaceutical construction project experience is essential -Experience in resource/cost-loaded schedules, earned value metrics (SPI/CPI), and schedule QRA.
