Tasks

-Train and mentor team members on best practices in road maintenance and operations -Analyze and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement -Conduct regular inspections to identify and address road maintenance issues promptly -Supervise and coordinate road maintenance and operations activities in assigned areas -Prepare and oversee project budgets, timelines, and progress reports -Implement traffic management strategies to minimize disruptions during maintenance activities -Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials -Stay updated on industry trends and innovative maintenance techniques -Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards -Collaborate with various stakeholders, including government agencies and contractors -Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to optimize road infrastructure performance

What You Bring

-Willingness to work flexible hours and travel within the assigned region as needed -Professional certifications in road maintenance and operations (preferred) -Minimum 5-7 years of experience in road maintenance and operations -Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously -Excellent leadership and team management skills -Proficient in MS Office and project management software -Familiarity with local regulations and standards for road maintenance in Qatar -Effective communication skills, both verbal and written -Proficiency in project management and budgeting -Proven supervisory experience in infrastructure projects -Strong knowledge of road construction materials, techniques, and quality control measures
