Tasks

-Prepare detailed daily/weekly assessment reports with corrective actions and observations. -Ensure strict adherence to SOPs by cross-checking operational reports, logs, tickets, and documentation. -Identify loopholes, process gaps, data discrepancies, and deviations through system-based analysis. -Highlight non-compliance, escalate critical issues, and support management in improving efficiency. -Coordinate with operations, monitoring, C&T, UCC, admin, and maintenance teams to verify data and ensure timely resolution of issues. -Track KPIs such as attendance, route performance, asset utilization, complaints, and other operational metrics. -Maintain accurate documentation and digital records of assessments and validations. -Monitor daily operational activities using company portals, applications, and internal dashboards.

What You Bring

-Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, MIS reporting, and portal-based monitoring. -Ability to identify gaps through data, documentation, and application-based tracking. -Strong communication, follow-up, and reporting skills. -High attention to detail with a disciplined approach toward SOP implementation. -3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, assessment, MIS, monitoring, or operations audit roles. -Graduate (Operations/Management preferred).
