-Provide leadership and training opportunities to team members, supporting their growth and professional advancement. -Collaborate with the project management team and provide leadership from start to finish. -Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring scheduling, cost management, and quality control. -Conduct regular job site visits to ensure project adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements. -Maintain accurate project cost projections and manage subcontractor and supplier invoices. -Work with local authorities and key stakeholders to resolve project challenges and maintain smooth progress. -Uphold Thompson Thrift’s core values and mentor team members to ensure alignment with company goals.

What You Bring
