Tasks

-Support AI integration: Collaborate with senior engineers to implement AI-driven features and functionalities within applications, ensuring smooth integration and enhancing overall performance. -Provide estimates for the level of effort and time for completion -Assist in the management of your team’s CI/CD pipelines -Logically identify and resolve issues using root cause analysis -Take part in and encourage your team to pair program -Adhere to our coding standards -Build reusable code and libraries using test-driven development -Learn and apply AI technologies: Gain familiarity with AI tools and frameworks to assist in software development tasks such as automated testing, code optimization, and data analysis, contributing to improved project outcomes. -Use proper branching and code review processes -Work closely with your team to build automated tests and ensure they are valuable and our applications meet expectations -Build low-latency, highly available, and performant applications -Team members are expected to maintain a dedicated and ergonomically appropriate remote workspace. -Work closely with your team to break down features into small testable stories -Address security vulnerabilities

What You Bring

-All team members must reside and perform their work within the United States -3-5 years experience with Java or C# -Experience (or open to) using Test-Driven Development (TDD) -Familiarity with cloud infrastructure -Capable of analyzing issues in existing code and providing root cause analysis as well as remedy options -Experience with feature flags -Experience working with Google Cloud Platform -The physical activities of this position include frequent sitting, telephone communication, and working on a computer for extended periods. Visual acuity is required to perform activities close to the eyes. -Experience with Agile processes and workflow -3-5 years experience with JavaScript, React, CSS, SASS or other CSS preprocessor, and HTML -Communicate effectively -Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes -BS degree in Computer Sciences, programming or a related discipline or demonstrable equivalent experience -Expert understanding of Object-Oriented Programming Principles, Data Structures, and Algorithms -Experience with SQL and relational databases -Solid understanding of Git -Familiarity with Terraform -Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and the necessary steps within a pipeline -A strong desire to write testable code and work closely with your team team to ensure our applications are of the highest quality
