-Managing the full leasing lifecycle from enquiry to move-in -Coordinating inspections, applications, and lease signings -Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective residents -Ensuring a high standard of presentation and customer experience onsite -Working closely with the operations and marketing teams to optimise occupancy and retention

What You Bring

-Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills -Experience in leasing, property management, or residential operations (BTR, PBSA, or luxury apartments highly regarded) -Must hold Class 1 or Class 2 Real Estate License
