  • Experience with both on premise and cloud-based application implementations, and a proven ability to effectively integrate on premise and cloud-based applications.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and partner across technology and business function In-depth knowledge and experience with automation tools, frameworks, and test management software (i.e., Selenium, UFT, HP), integration and performance testing tools (SoapUI, ReadyAPI, LoadRunner), performance testing, and CI/CD integration
  • A Bachelor¿s Degree Computer Science, Information Systems Management or business field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership/management role Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes across both Agile and Waterfall environments.
  • Certifications relevant to the position (ISTQB, CMSQ)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, establishing a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Broad knowledge of Atlassian JIRA for test management dashboards and team kanban boards.
  • Graduate work or additional background in Management Systems Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • Experience driving positive organizational change
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a track record of balancing quality and speed.
