Bring to the attention of the Service Manager any shop tools, equipment or vehicle that is not in a serviceable condition or unsafe to use
Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
Produce timely and detailed service reports
Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
Maintains tools in good working order per MSHA and OSHA regulations
Performs routine equipment clean-up and upkeep as well as safety review and pre-delivery inspections
Inspects, diagnoses, repairs, reconditions, and adjusts heavy equipment as required and completes all paperwork on the equipment to which the individual is assigned
Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
Tie workflow to schedule
Participate in all training programs directed by Service Manager
Build positive relationships with customers
Communicates with coworkers and customers to ensure top quality equipment is always available and customer expectation is exceeded
Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
Completes basic computer tasks including completing work orders, looking up parts, and communicating via email
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
Troubleshoots and diagnoses all types of equipment to ensure proper working condition on the job site or in the shop
Operate vehicle in a safe manner and use field automation systems
