Tasks

-Analyse SHEQ data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement -Maintain SHEQ documentation and ensure compliance with ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards -Oversee incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions -Support operational teams with SHEQ compliance, training, inspections, and audits -Deliver coaching and competency assessments for managers, operatives, and subcontractors

What You Bring

We’re looking for a proactive SHEQ Advisor/Manager to join our construction and maintenance team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong safety, health, environment, and quality experience who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced role. -Strong communication, coaching, and auditing skills -NEBOSH Construction (preferred) & IEMA/NEBOSH Environmental Certificate -5+ years’ SHEQ experience within construction and/or building maintenance -Qualified to deliver training (Asbestos, Manual Handling, Working at Heights, etc.)
