Tasks

-Communicate with customers to confirm orders and ensure timely delivery. -Manage concrete allocations and assist with Customer Service Administration tasks. -Covering Mugga, Mitchell, and Hall plants, with a focus on Mugga and Mitchell. -Schedule and roster our driver fleet. -Handle a high volume of phone calls (up to 50 per day during busy periods). -Use Command software to manage orders and follow up on large end-of-week orders. -Chase job completions and plan next day schedules. -Book orders and perform office admin tasks when quieter.
