Tasks

-Facility Operations Management: Oversees the day-to-day operations of all facilities, including maintenance, repairs, renovations, and space management. Ensures that all facilities and grounds are kept clean, safe, and secure. -Budget and Resource Management: Develops and oversees the facility budget, including annual forecasts and cost management strategies to control expenses. -Keeping the facility layout up to date Facilities POC/Lead for EHS programs. -Utilize CMMS system to manage assets, work orders, and spare part inventory -Support site shutdown and general repair of utilities through small projects -Manage contractors for maintenance, repairs, and small projects -Writing purchase orders and funding blanket PO's CMMS Asset management -Maintaining CPMM's and ZESP's -Partners with the facility engineer to ensure reliable, efficient, and sustained operation of the facility and all utility equipment. Drive/improve (infrastructure, utility), availability, reliability, and efficiency -On call responsibilities every other weekend for facilities related issues -Safety is a top priority. Ensures compliance with EHS requirements & programs -Lead/Co-lead capital projects

What You Bring

-Proficient in CAD -Ability to be on call approximately 2 weekends per month -5-7 years of facility management experience -Working knowledge of Siemens automation system, VFD's, etc -Strong knowledge about building infrastructure including mechanical, electrical, and utility systems Experience and familiarity with air compressors, pumps, chillers, water systems, fire systems
