-Manage multiple concurrent projects while delivering exceptional client service -Maintain project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and weekly reporting -Oversee fast-paced luxury retail retrofits with premium finishes and strict brand standards -Collaborate with clients, designers, and internal teams to uphold elevated retail brand experience -Ensure all work aligns with scope, schedule, safety protocols, and quality expectations -Conduct onsite walks, contractor meetings, and progress verification during scheduled travel -Manage full project lifecycle: budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
