-Contribute to the standardization of processes and best practices -Define business use cases and requirements -Assist with analyzing data sources and relationships among data sets -Work with project task owners to understand and track progress -Coordinate stakeholder requirements to help prioritize and raise critical needs

What You Bring

-Pursuing a degree in Data Science, Business Analysis, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or Information Systems Technology and/or real estate fields -Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills -Strong knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint; advanced knowledge of MS Excel -Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment -Current junior undergraduate student at an accredited four-year institution (graduating 2027) -Ability to work in Dallas at a full-time capacity for 10 weeks, beginning in June of 2026 -Minimum GPA of 3.2
