Field Trainer / Deployment Technician

Overview

Provide on‑site training and support for traffic control technology, travel frequently.

Tasks

Create strong client relationships and be their first point of contact for all product related issues Communicate regularly with your direct supervisor to notify him or her of any potential issues, including but not limited to those relating to your job, or those relating to the client Periodically preform mechanical repairs to units Periodically evaluate past trainees to ensure product knowledge is current Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into the client’s employees work behavior Be involved in projects outside of the realm of training Translate training requirements into each client and monitor them during the duration of the training Train Traffic Controllers on this disruptive and lifesaving technology

What You Bring

Good communication skills Site 2020 Inc has an immediate opening for a Field Integration Trainer, specifically focused on our Deployment and Integration technology. In this role, you will support our local traffic control partners in your area, as well as travel to other areas of the country and Canada, roughly every second week to provide onsite training to new and existing clients. Proven experience in conducting training classes Sound decision making and organizational skills Valid driver’s license Ability to travel 50%-75% Valid passport (international travel) Proven strong customer service Be somewhat mechanically inclined
