Tasks

-Prepare data, presentations, and reports for IBP meetings. -Promote safety as the Number One priority of all OMG employees. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align forecasts with strategic goals and market dynamics. -Drive continuous improvement in forecasting processes, tools, and deliverables. -Identify and analyze trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization. -Conduct gap analyses on forecast vs. actuals and report on trends to improve performance. -Present insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making. -Support the creation of long-range planning models that incorporate economic outlooks and alternative business scenarios. -Validate and analyze data from demand and supply teams to ensure deadlines are achieved. -Validate and analyze sales forecasts to ensure accurate data is used for demand planning.

What You Bring

-Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau). -Ability to drive cross-functional teamwork and collaboration. -Ability to talk and hear, both in person and by telephone. -Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -Ability to implement process improvement measures (understanding of Lean principles preferred). -Strong analytical skills, including data collection and analysis, ability to identify and follow trends and reporting capability. -Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Business Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science). -Strong presentation skills, ability to convey key messages through visualization and charts. -Ability to use hands and fingers to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, such as a computer. -2+ years’ experience analyzing business processes (experience with IBP, SIOP and/or in a manufacturing environment preferred). -Excellent oral and written communication skills. -Positive attitude, good judgment, and excellent time management skills. -Demonstrated success contributing as part of a team.
