Tasks

-Prepares technical quotations, reports, and presentations. -Researches, creates, and updates testing standards to promote best practices. -Assists and educates the team in creating product testing plans based on engineering requirements. -Processes data, documents, and reports key results in a clear and concise manner. -Identifies and communicates projects risks and develop mitigation solutions. -Identifies and diagnoses malfunctions and defects and directs necessary repairs or adjustments to both products and test equipment. -Provides alignment and guidance with other functional areas of the business to ensure proper communication, risk mitigation, and deliverable handoffs are achieved. -Collaborates effectively with other engineers, production staff, and other stakeholders. -Stays abreast of industry trends, technological advancement, and regulatory changes to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation. -Provides coaching and development for team members through regular feedback, work opportunities, and training. -Collaborates with other functions within the organization to align goals and work to achieve strategic initiatives.
