Overview
HR Administrator handling HR records, reports, contracts, and supporting HR functions.

Tasks
-Taking initiative in working with specific Human Resources projects which may be assigned. -Proactively striving to build excellent relationships with managers. -Upholding diligence to GDPR requirements and uncompromising respect to confidentiality. -Supporting with all HR administrator and HR Generalists functions. -Creating and maintaining Employee files. -Producing contracts and change details for employees and new starters. -Ensuring all HR systems are kept up to date. -Liaising with the wider HR and Payroll team including Recruitment and Payroll. -Providing accurate and timely reports to the Human Resources department, for areas including but not limited to absence, labour turnover, and annual leave. -Proactively contributing to departmental meetings. -Supporting with the company inductions for new starters.

What You Bring
-Good effective communicator at all levels -Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office -Confident with Systems -Excellent administrative skills include strong communication (verbal, written, and listening), organisation, and time management. -Able to support departmental line managers in the interviewing process and documentation where required. -Ability to work effectively in a pressurised environment -Ability to work on own initiative
