The Role
Overview
Perform general labor, concrete cutting, patching, and repairs on precast job sites.

Tasks
-Completes general construction labor tasks necessary. -Report to work on time as scheduled and learning procedures for safe concrete production. -Follows company safety procedures and policies. -Install the hardware required by engineering (panel tickets and remedial drawings will be provided) -Take work direction from Foreman and Field Superintendent. -Completing necessary field fixes. -Use materials and supplies in an efficient manner.

What You Bring
-Possession of a valid driver’s license, and the ability to operate a motor vehicle. -Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs., occasionally. -High school diploma or GED. -Experience pressure washing -Moderate to high risk of exposure to unusual elements. -Experience in brick removal and tuck pointing. -Experience patching, cleaning, repairing, and blending various types of architectural finishes. -Wet, hot, humid, and wintry conditions (weather related) (plant specific) -Ability to work from ladders, scaffolding, swing stages and man lifts at various heights frequently. -General math skills and ability to read a tape measurer and blueprint. -Must be motivated and self-driven to complete tasks. -Must be willing to travel and work in all types of weather conditions. Ability to travel and be away from home. -General knowledge of construction practices. -Have reliable transportation to the job sites. -Experience sandblasting -Moderate to high exposure to production environment. -Ability to work outside year-round (plant specific) -Physically able and willing to run a concrete saw for flat and vertical cuts safety. -Physically able to push, pull, lift, bend, climb, kneel, twist, squat, crawl and use hands/forearms repetitively and frequently. -Moderate to high risk of safety precautions. -Ability to work with others and always maintain professional conduct. -OSHA 10 hours certification. -Ability to obtain membership to local laborers’ union. -Experience in a boom or scissor lift, scaffolding and swing stages. -2+ years of construction or manual labor experience preferred. -Ability to work from heights (ladders, flatbed trailers, aerial equipment safely. -Ability to move around for up to 12 hours per day.
