Tasks

As Project Manager, you’ll manage the transition of ISS services with a focus on continuity, communication, and collaboration. We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead a significant service transition at the Calderdale Royal Hospital, working alongside a well-established on-site team and client stakeholders. You’ll be at the heart of shaping a major transformation in the healthcare environment - no two days will be the same. -Produce regular reports and progress updates. -Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies. -Manage resources and budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities. -Lead and manage mobilisation and transition programmes, tools, and updates. -Allocate, monitor, and assess work across teams and individuals. -Deliver project outcomes on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. -Oversee project resources, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.

What You Bring

If you thrive on complexity, stakeholder management, and delivering change that matters, you might be a perfect fit for this role. -Prince 2 / APM qualified -Skilled in client liaison, negotiation, and people management. -Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. -Strong organisational and budget management skills. -Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with stakeholder presentation experience. -IOSH Managing Safely / NEBOSH General qualified -Flexible, solutions-focused, and comfortable meeting deadlines independently. -Proven experience as a Project Manager - preferably in Facilities Management -Able to analyse complex data and identify operational improvements. -Candidates should ideally have also had some Operations experience/exposure.
