The Role

Overview

Install, maintain, and repair wellhead and Xmas Tree equipment onshore/offshore.

Tasks

-Be fully responsible & accountable for Safety of self and others -Casing Cutting -Drive self-development to become knowledgeable of all products & services -Provides sales support through quality customer interface and handles customer complaints in a professional -Act as an ambassador and identify opportunities for TFMC. -Contribute actively to Engineer's Reading File -Testing & Servicing of wellheads and valves -Contribute actively to FNCR process -Ensure that the field service reports and other associated reports are completed with all the required -Completes Field Non-Conformance Reports (E-FNCR) forms. Assures all equipment and procedural defects are -Support and execute on a daily basis activities including but not limited to, preparation, installation, repair and -Supervise wellhead and Xmas Tree installations, maintenance and repair operations as required by the -Perform calculations and checks on and offshore such as, space outs, status of equipment, test pressures etc. -Works in a team as a professional service technician to install products and conduct repairs and or -Pre-job preparation of wellhead equipment and trees -Well Surveys to assess condition and record information -Inspect and assess wellhead installation tools. -Carrying out the following mechanical services on wellheads and Xmas Trees -Proactively pursues safe work practices and complies with TechnipFMC Quality Management System -Maintains communication on a high level and on a daily basis with internal and external Company -Contribute actively to all safety systems such as safety meetings, STOP cards -Attendance at customer FAT’s -Achieve target utilization of 17 days/month -Ensure that all equipment, service tooling, backup and spare parts etc are on location and ready to use and fit

What You Bring

-HNC/HND Mechanical Engineering or time served apprenticeship preferably in a mechanical -Be prepared to travel locally and internationally to other regions as required -Seized Lock Down Screw tip removal -Successfully complete SST -Seized wellhead bolt cutting -REQUIRED CERTIFICATE(S): -Safety and Emergency Training D. REQUIRED INTERPERSONAL SKILLS: -Bolt Torqueing -Excellent in English language in writing and verbally. -A formal technical and/or mechanical education (mechanic, hydraulics) -An understanding of safety in relation to working with pressurized equipment. -High level of communication and listening skills. -Knowledge of surface operations -Knowledge of Surface Wellhead equipment -Stress resistance -Mechanical and/or hydraulic related experience. -Capable of reading and understanding procedures and drawings -Problem solving skills with a systematic approach. -A valid Health certificate for offshore work -Be prepared to work unsupervised as required -Proactive attitude (responsiveness) with a high level of professionalism and accuracy -Computer skills: Competent and familiar with MS Office applications and email package(s) F. REQUIRED JOB KNOWLEDGE : -Willing and able to travel abroad with flexibility in terms of working times/periods and locations/countries. -A focus on quality and HES E.
