-Lead commercial management of the allocated programme area, ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and risk mitigation -Act as the main point of contact for commercial matters within the delivery route -Ensure contract administration, compliance, and self-assurance across all commercial processes -Drive commercial efficiencies and cost reduction opportunities -Foster a culture of collaboration, commercial integrity, and continuous improvement -Ensure alignment with Anglian Water’s governance and procurement policies

What You Bring

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills -Professional qualification (e.g. RICS, CIOB, ICE) (desirable) -Strong commercial acumen and leadership experience -Collaborative and inspiring leadership style -In-depth knowledge of NEC3 contracts and construction law -Strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management -Trusted to deliver clear, accurate commercial information -Experience managing commercial teams in a matrix environment -Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region -Relevant degree in construction or commercial management (desirable) -Proactive and resilient under pressure
