What You Bring

-Licensed engineer in the state of Tennessee or have the ability to get licensed there immediately. -Good and developing technical knowledge of engineering systems, materials, and procedures -Bachelor of Science degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering -Demonstrated ability to understand the interaction of project components -Completion of work with accuracy and attention to detail -Basic leadership, management, and client relationship skills -Able to prioritize, manage time, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines -Good communication skills -Able to work independently, or cooperatively and harmoniously with a team -Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability
