Tasks

-Manage budget and contractual obligations. -Implement Clients Project Governance (processes, procedures, tools). -Jointly plan and approve daily offshore installation activities. -Ensure a safe working environment during construction and commissioning of the windfarm. -Onboard and train Offshore Operations staff (Site Technicians, Coordinators, HSE advisors, etc.). -Participate in industry forums and contribute lessons learned. -Daily coordination of offshore activities across assets, suppliers, and departments. -Manage internal handover process and snag/punch lists. -Enforce regulatory and contractual requirements. -Manage internal and external stakeholders (construction packages, suppliers, authorities). -Ensure effective offshore communication systems. -Provide input for tenders, budgets, and forecasts. -Responsible for all offshore construction activities on behalf of the Construction Project Manager (CPM). -Provide input to interface and risk registers. -Support recruitment and procurement of site staff. -RAMS for Site Tech Tasks -Support onboarding and preparation for all packages and contractors. -Plan and coordinate construction, marine, and helicopter activities. -Oversee offshore site setup and coordination. -Request resources and equipment from the CPM. -Onboard new team members and standardize offshore support processes. -Ensure HSE execution plan is implemented and updated. -Oversee interim maintenance on offshore assets. -Monitor project vessel performance. -Maintain relations with authorities, suppliers, and stakeholders. -Chair weekly installation interface meetings. -Assign tasks to Site Techs and support roles. -Manage interfaces with neighbouring windfarms and construction sites. -Liaise with all packages (WTG, Cables, Foundations) and contractors (e.g., SGRE, Fred Olsen). -Approve invoices and staff expenses. -Create scopes of work and procure services (CTV, SOV, GV, AJU, etc.).

What You Bring

-5–8 years of documented experience in construction management, preferably offshore. -5–8 years of leadership experience in large-scale wind farm projects. -Vessel Clearance Certificate -Close-out Documentation (Vessel Inspection) -Final Asset Transfer Certificate -Assumption Books (Post-Construction Work) -Authority to stop site activities if safety or compliance standards are not met.
