What You Bring

-To be able to demonstrate capability in communicating and influencing teams and projects to secure positive outcomes; -To demonstrate capability in supporting leadership of a high performing team; and -To demonstrate a track record of accountability for driving best for project outcomes, and ideally a capability in leading best practice, innovative and safe solutions. -Strong experience in delivery of project services from design through to construction and commissioning; -Degree qualification in a relevant field of study (M&E Engineering or Construction Management related); -Demonstrate prior capability in the leadership of internal and external project stakeholders (including Clients) to support overall project objectives; -To demonstrate capability in managing the effective use of digital design technology to optimise project collaboration, coordination, decision making and solution development; -10+ years Construction industry experience / experience in managing services trade procurement, site supervision and design development/resolution preferred. -Significant experience in management of most services design disciplines from concept through to detailed design resolution;
