Tasks

-Manage accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments. -Assist with preparing financial reports for the Executive team and government submissions. -Create and issue invoices and remittance advices. -Enter payable invoices and prepare banking files. -Maintain staff records and support onboarding of new staff. -Respond to stakeholder account enquiries with professionalism and care. -Assist with monthly payroll, including timesheets, ABA files, and payslips.
