Tasks

-Collaborate with clients, engineers, and internal teams, providing clear progress updates and documentation. -Oversee all site activities including groundwork, installation, and commissioning of solar PV systems. -Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth operations. -Ensure all work meets technical drawings, manufacturer specifications, and industry regulations. -Lead testing, performance verification, and client handover at project completion. -Drive site safety standards, conduct regular inspections, and enforce compliance with HSE protocols. -Monitor budgets, materials, and equipment to ensure projects stay on track and within cost.

What You Bring

-Certifications in project management or relevant electrical qualifications -Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges and conflicts -Knowledge of safety protocols, environmental regulations, and budget management -Previous experience in a similar role within the renewable energy or electrical industry -Experience with commissioning solar projects and performance testing -Familiarity with software tools for project scheduling and management -Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, engineers, and team members -Strong understanding of solar panel installations, electrical connections, and industry standards
