What You Bring

-~10 years’ experience within the Energy sector -University Degree in a relevant discipline/ subject and/or proven relevant experience in the field -English language native and/or C1 (written & spoken) -Experience of managing and interfacing with large multidisciplinary teams/mega projects (Conventional and/or Nuclear), ideally with Nuclear New Build experience -Experience of major programme initiation and set up with large EPC type companies -Ideally multidisciplinary experience, e.g. An Engineer with Project Management or commercial experience, or other relevant multi-skilled experience -~5 years’ experience in Nuclear (incl. New Nuclear Build ideally, or Operations, Waste, Decommissioning) -Other related disciplines to a Nuclear Power Plant considered -Proven client liaison and client development attributes up to and including Board level -Team/Project/Business Management attributes, including personnel welfare and support, coaching, mentoring, team growth etc. -Financial/Project acumen to monitor, control and report on costs, schedule, risk, growth aspects -Knowledge and experience with the management of client, consultant and contractor teams -Exemplary interpersonal & stakeholder management skills
