Tasks

-Manage employee bank setup and vendor record maintenance in CMIC to ensure accuracy and completeness. -Serve as the main contact for Emburse inquiries, offering guidance and support for issue resolution. -Audit employee expense reports and documentation for compliance with the Travel & Expense (T&E) policy. -Prepare and organize documentation for audits, compliance reviews, and reporting. -Resolve non-compliant expense issues with employees and escalate to management when appropriate. -Follow up on uncashed checks with Accounts Payable and employees. -Support the Corporate T&E Lead with employee training, system improvements, and audit rule enhancements for accurate expense reporting. -Monitor aged items and missing receipts in Emburse, including those from terminated employees.

What You Bring

-Demonstrated proficiency in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication. -High School Diploma and two years of business school (accounting or bookkeeping), or equivalent experience and training. -Experience with CMIC, RAMCO, or other construction management software is a plus. -2 years of experience with Travel & Expense platforms such as Emburse, Concur, or similar. -Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data. -Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. -Experience supporting cross-functional teams, including Accounting, AP, and AR. -Highly organized with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. -Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. -Customer service mindset with a focus on user support and training. -Demonstrates initiative, professionalism, and a strong sense of urgency in resolving issues. -Knowledge of audit procedures and internal controls.
