Tasks

-Interfaces with other project team members to set goals and meet shared deadlines. -Inspects architectural or interior design features on project sites and records conditions. -Utilizes technical manuals to ensure compliance with required codes and standards. -Producing CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards for specific architectural or interior design tasks from general design information in accordance with established standards, procedures, and client requirements. -Compiles data and performs dimensional and routine calculations required for the preparation of drawings and design layouts. -Researches and develops design and product solutions and presents them for consideration. -Produces drawings and specifications that have been red-lined by others.

What You Bring

-3-7 years of relevant experience in similar residential projects in Saudi Arabia. -Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is a must. -Proficiency in CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with architectural and interior design is also required. -Requires working knowledge of architectural and/or interior design standards, practices, and techniques, as well as a demonstrated proficiency in sketching, rendering, model-building, and presentation drawing. -Saudi Nationals only.
