- Expertise in Microsoft office, REVIT, Auto CAD, etc.
- Excellent communication skill/Proficiency in English speaking and writing
- Knowledge of cost engineering practices and principles
- Knowledge of various design stages and corresponding cost estimates
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from reputed University with 7+ CGPA
- Cost Estimation experience of minimum 5-10 years (Middle east experience is preferred)
- Having knowledge of Value Engineering and Cost Control process
- Good knowledge of architectural & structural items pricing
- Experience and knowledge of item Rate-analysis
- Hands-on experience on Electro-mechanical pricing
