Overview
Design and develop architectural documents for federal, civic, and community projects in Orlando.

Tasks
-Intern Development Program (IDP) process underway with goal of licensure. -Perform code analysis. -Coordinating with internal and external engineers and consultants. -Assist with specifications development by performing material, product selection and research. -Contribute to project managers in conceptual input on assigned projects.

What You Bring
-Professional Architecture degree from an accredited University is required. -Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required. -A design portfolio demonstrating experience will be required. -Skilled in Creative Adobe Suite applications Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. -Knowledge of local code requirements and ability to efficiently interface with agencies having jurisdiction, including Fire Marshall, and other code reviewers. -Competent in Revit (BIM), SketchUp and other software modeling programs. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite is required. -At this time, Dewberry will not sponsor a new applicant for work authorization. -Only recipients of an offer of employment from Dewberry, will be required to submit to a background screening which may include, but is not limited to, employment verification, educational and other credential verification, driving record check, criminal background check, and an investigative consumer report. These screenings will be conducted by Dewberry’s background vendor of choice and will be conducted in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local law.
