Tasks

-Developing sector and thematic investment strategies -Driving value creation, forecasting, and reporting key information internally -Support and lead negotiations with targets and co-investors, structuring transactions to mitigate risks and maximizing returns -Expanding and leveraging your network to source and evaluate high-quality opportunities -Support investment teams and collaborate with internal and external specialists to review opportunities, including due diligence, identifying key business drivers and risks, and developing financial models -Drive internal approval processes, ensuring strategic alignment and ESG integration -Cultivate and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence

What You Bring

-A deep knowledge of the energy transition, infrastructure, and/or industrials sectors and key macro and micro drivers. -An established and robust network and proven track record to build relationships and source and shape investment opportunities. -Excellent written and oral communication abilities. -Highly organized, flexible, and efficient, with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines routinely -2 to 3 days of mobile working per week as a global standard -University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a similar quantitative field -Experience with transaction execution with a successful track record of initiating, managing, negotiating, and closing complex transactions. -Languages: Business proficiency in English -Critical thinking, ability to identify trends, defend viewpoints, and consider others' perspectives. -6+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, late-stage Growth Equity, Mergers and Acquisitions, Project Development, and/or Project Finance / Capital Markets. -Having strong analytical skills, with expertise in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and risk analysis. -A strong understanding and practical experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) business models is highly desirable. -A standout colleague with strong interpersonal, project management, communication, and presentation skills.
