The Role

Overview

Ensures British Gypsum specs at sites, builds relationships, tracks via CRM.

Tasks

Whilst on site, you will be meeting with various stakeholders including subcontractors, site managers and regional directors. You will be documenting site visits via our CRM providing accurate logs of products/systems in use. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our housebuilder specifications are being managed and adhered to at site level, as well as promoting new products on site. You will work collaboratively with the site to ensure commercial advantage and commitment through the supply chain, ensuring compliance across all sites with British Gypsum specified system products. -Travelling across North England & Scotland to sites ensuring British Gypsum products and solutions are being used and maximised in accordance with our housebuilder agreements -Updating CRM and systems ensuring data is accurate for internal and external requirements – completing site visit forms, detailing specifications and completing actions -Building relationships with subcontractors, site managers and regional directors whilst on site -Conducting multiple site visits per day whilst managing and prioritising your diary, ensuring you get to where you need to be, when needed

What You Bring

This is a field-based role, covering North England & Scotland – as such extensive travel will be required covering a large geographical location. Full UK Driving license is required for this position. -A willingness to travel, be out on site and cover a large geographical location -Able to develop and build relationships at all levels on site -An ability to be organised with accurate diary management, and to work autonomously -Good IT skills across Microsoft packages and CRM -Possess a positive mindset with great energy whilst contributing to a high-performing team
