Tasks
This position blends the analytical precision of estimating with the leadership of project management. The ideal candidate will manage projects from bid through completion — ensuring accurate pricing, successful award, and flawless execution. -Maintain strong communication with clients, engineers, and vendors. -Prepare detailed bid proposals and ensure timely submission. -Monitor project progress, troubleshoot challenges, and implement corrective measures to achieve successful outcomes. -Obtain and assess quotes from subcontractors and suppliers. -Analyze civil drawings, project plans, and specifications to produce accurate, competitive bids. -Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. -Lead awarded projects from pre-construction through closeout. -Calculate quantities for materials, labor, and equipment. -Collaborate with field teams, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

With continued growth on the horizon, they’re seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to join their high-performing team. -Solid understanding of earthwork calculations, equipment productivity, and construction sequencing. -Proficiency with estimating and take off software, along with Microsoft Office Suite. -Minimum 2 years of experience in civil construction estimating and/or project management, preferably in sitework, utilities, or grading.
