Tasks

-Work with Lead Estimating Engineers to prepare/develop accurate tender proposals based on company standard procedure, database, supplier’s/subcontractors offers and tender requirements. -Prepare, monitor, amend and price Bills of Quantities in CCS (Candy) -Verify the Completeness of tender documents, report to Estimating Engineer about missing documents, if any. -Prepare and discuss tender deviations for submission -Review/study the tender documents and send Request for proposal to subcontractors and suppliers -Liaise with internal Measurement Team for any quantity adjustments -Assist in the review, analyzation and comparison of quotations received from suppliers/subcontractors -Liaise with internal Procurement Team for obtaining market quotations

What You Bring

Are you a detail-oriented and driven Estimating Engineer ready to shape the future of cost planning and project success in the construction and engineering industry? -Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and processes for Building Type Projects -Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications -Good attention to detail with accuracy in calculations. -Effective communication and teamwork skills. -Not essential but experience in Large Construction Project s 1Bn+ -Strong numerical and analytical abilities. -Minimum of 2 years of experience in Building Construction Estimation -Knowledge of first principles estimating to Labour, Plant and Materials construction costs -Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with estimation software ideally CCS (Candy) -Ability to prioritize tasks and work under supervision. -Be able tread and understand drawings and specifications. -Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems, technologies, and methods. -Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field. -Not essential but experience in Data Centers
