Overview

Support multifamily investment sales, acquisitions, and capital market deals in Wisconsin.

Tasks

-Participate in property tours, pitches, and client meetings -Review leases, appraisals, loan documents, and other materials to assess valuation drivers -Analyze and underwrite apartment communities using cash flows, rent rolls, and operating statements -Build and maintain advanced financial models using Excel and Colliers tools -Coordinate due diligence and closings with internal teams, clients, buyers, and lenders -Prepare offering memoranda, proposals, and marketing materials integrating research, valuation data, and narratives -Collaborate with brokers to ensure consistent, high-quality marketing deliverables -Support teams in preparing BOVs, RFPs, and presentations -Conduct market research, rent and sales comparables, demographic studies, and submarket trends -Maintain accuracy in CRM and research systems, including CoStar and Real Capital Analytics

What You Bring

-Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities -Empathy: Prioritizing emotional intelligence to foster trust -Knowledge of valuation, debt and equity structures, and underwriting processes -Experience with CoStar, Real Capital Analytics, or similar platforms -Advanced Excel skills, Argus Enterprise or RedIQ experience preferred -Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, accounting, economics, or related field, MBA or Master of Real Estate a plus -Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills -2-10 years of financial analysis or asset management experience, preferably in commercial real estate, investment sales, or capital markets -Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for fast-paced, deal-driven environments -Familiarity with Wisconsin and Midwest multifamily markets preferred -Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations and investment summaries -Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing databases -Active or willing to obtain a Real Estate Salesperson License within three (3) months -Exposure to multifamily transactions, acquisitions, or investment underwriting
