Tasks

-Provide expert assistance during negotiations, arbitrations, or other forms of dispute resolution -Conduct in-depth analysis of project progress, preparing detailed reports, graphs, and critical path analyses for weekly and monthly updates -Perform independent site visits to evaluate contractor progress against established programs -Processing of Contractor’s EoT & Cost Claims including preparation of recommendation reports and compilation of all relevant data -Lead workshops with the site supervision team to gather real-time progress updates -Maintain comprehensive records of program monitoring to support claim evaluations and dispute resolutions -Continuously improve planning and scheduling processes to enhance project efficiency and outcomes -Support the Senior Quantity Surveyor in assessing program risks and opportunities for additional works and variation proposals -Planning, scheduling & monitoring tasks related to Projects within the assigned area portfolio -Propose and develop continuous enhancement tools for the reporting process to ensure the efficiency of the reporting. -Identify potential risks and opportunities, developing mitigation strategies to maintain project completion dates

What You Bring

-Minimum of 10 years of experience in roads construction or related works -Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment -Excellent report writing and presentation skills -Extensive knowledge of construction disciplines, work scopes, and logical sequencing -Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret complex project data -In-depth understanding of construction industry standards and best practices -Strong attention to detail and organizational skills -Proficiency in Primavera and other relevant project management software -Experience in claim evaluation and dispute resolution processes -Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills -Demonstrated leadership abilities and problem-solving capabilities -Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management -Proven track record in risk assessment and developing mitigation strategies
