The Role
Overview
Supervise maintenance, repair, inspection & testing of flexible pipe systems.

Tasks
-Prepare and submit maintenance logs, service reports, and other required documentation to the ARMO Shop Manager. -Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with relevant industry standards and company policies. -Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, determining the necessary repairs or replacements. -Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts usage. -Work closely with the ARMO Shop Manager and other team members to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks. -Conduct regular inspections of assets to identify potential issues or areas for improvement. -Execute maintenance tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. -Perform functional and pressure testing of equipment to ensure operational readiness. -Assist in tracking inventory levels of spare parts and tools. -Support offsite working, proactively and safety. Whose systems would you follow? -Document findings and report any significant issues to the ARMO Shop Manager. -Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by offering feedback on processes and procedures. -Participate in safety meetings and training sessions as required. -Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks. -Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians when needed. -Perform preventive, routine, and breakdown maintenance on flexible pipe systems and associated equipment.

What You Bring
-Proactive teamwork approach for communicating, finding solutions post agreement with engineering & workshop manager -Proficient in using maintenance tools, diagnostic equipment, and software. -Client interface during testing - experience? -Experience in maintenance or repair roles, preferably in marine or industrial environments. -Confident to run an ETU, laptop config engine to control the testing -Hyperbaric experience -Able to write JSAs / risk assessments / COSHH assessments -Understands/familiarity with ISO 13628-6 and API17F -Looming of harnesses controls understood - MBR -Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety, quality and STOP work principals. -Able to fault find an electrical circuit, test electrical harnesses, connectors etc. -Accumulator storage - issues with them, safety controls -Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on technical skills. -Used to permit to work system & LOTO -Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. -Hydraulic trained, used to controlling pressures up to 20k psi on small bore tubing, capable of running a HPU, diagnosing faults and able to build a hydraulic system circuit, pipe, fittings, hoses. Understand calibration and service life of parts good practice. -Familiar with TC and able to find/pull documents/drawings/procedures as needed? -Skilled in accurate reporting and Routing adherence. -Able to explain how to test a SCM and purpose of a SEM and DCVs. -Has run hydraulic, electrical testing with examples -Have experience in stripping down SCMs and rebuild -Used to using a PAMAS / cleanliness check device
