Tasks

-Adhere to safety protocols; wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) -Prepare surfaces and/or mask components for painting/coating; remove paint, rust, debris using high-pressure streams of abrasive materials -Maintain and clean the sandblasting equipment at regular intervals to ensure safe, effective operation -Safely operate power tools and hand tools -Complete general shop maintenance and clean-up as required -Inspect finished surfaces to ensure quality standards are met; must have a keen eye for detail -Operate sandblasting machines; adjust settings to manage pressure of abrasive mixture

Requirements

• forklift cert
• driver’s license
• mechanical troubleshooting
• teamwork
• 2‑year experience
• lift 50lb

What You Bring

-Forklift certificate an asset -Driver’s License preferred -Must be legally entitled to work in Canada -Knowledge of loading and clean-out of media; troubleshoot mechanical issues -Ability to work both independently and as part of a team -2 years of relevant shop experience considered an asset -Ability to lift 50lbs
