Manage supplier relationships & delivery schedules to ensure supply chain continuity.

Tasks
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuity of supply to the manufacturing facilities -Manage data integrity in SAP and ensure ERP Compliance is maintained -Utilize knowledge of production flow and load and capacity planning to build credible supplier delivery commitments -Effectively manage cost by executing a balanced delivery and inventory plan based on customer requirements -Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives through the Rolls-Royce Production System and other problem-solving methodologies -Communicate and schedule long term delivery commitments and coordinate recovery plans for critical parts -Minimize risk of external supply chain to internal customers

What You Bring
-JD/PhD, OR -Must be open to traveling up to 15% of the time domestically -Strong internal and external relationship management skills -Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in supply chain management, OR -6 years of experience in supply chain management lieu of a degree -Project management experience -Adept problem solving -Associate’s degree and 4 years of experience in supply chain management, OR -Raw material or forging experience -Master's degree, OR
