Overview

Oversee plumbing/HVAC projects, manage teams, schedules, materials, and customer communication.

Tasks

-Provide regular updates and reports to Sales and Finance. -Keep customers informed on project status and timelines. -Use HCP software to manage operations and reporting (training provided). -Handle invoicing for progress billing jobs and commercial projects. -Develop clear scopes of work and ensure top-quality craftsmanship. -Approve time-off requests and help balance workloads. -Plan and manage materials, manpower, and scheduling for each job. -Communicate project details clearly to your team and our customers. -Order materials as needed to keep projects on track.

What You Bring

You have hands-on experience managing plumbing and/or HVAC projects—whether in residential, commercial, or industrial settings—and you understand what it takes to get jobs done right, on time, and within budget. -Technical Knowledge: You understand plumbing and mechanical systems, codes, and best practices and are comfortable learning new software tools (like HCP). -Problem-Solving: You approach challenges calmly and creatively, always finding a way forward. -Requirements: A valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record is required; project management certification or trade licensing is a plus. -Experience: At least 3 years of experience in plumbing, mechanical, or construction project management preferred; background as a plumber or technician is a strong plus. -Leadership: You know how to guide and motivate teams, balancing accountability with support. -Communication: You build trust through clear, respectful communication with customers, teammates, and subcontractors.
