-Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone. -EPA Certification is required. -Working in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, attics, crawlspaces. -Reliable, Year-Round Work -3-5+ years of HVAC experience, preferably with a focus on residential markets -Lifting 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally -Ability to drive. -Regularly stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch. -Valid Driver’s License with a minimum of three years of driving experience is required -The work requires regular exposure to extreme temperatures both indoors and outdoors, such as heat or cold, and adverse weather conditions such as wind, rain, ice or snow. -Possesses strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills for resolving complex HVAC issues. -Skilled in interacting professionally with individuals at all organizational levels. -Demonstrates a positive attitude and a strong commitment to high-quality workmanship.
