Construction Laborer

Overview

Prepare apartments and properties for turnover, performing labor, carpentry, and maintenance.

Tasks

-Perform caulking on windows, patios, showers, trim, and exterior brick. -Hang and adjust front doors; run venting for dryers. -Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe. -Install handles, bumpers, attic panels, levers, deadbolts, numbers, and peepholes. -Prepare apartments for turnover and meet company quality standards. -Operate a telehandler, forklift, and other approved equipment. -Follow company travel and overnight stay policies.

What You Bring

-Adherence to OSHA standards and company safety policies. -Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. -Must comply with company conduct, travel, and overnight stay rules. -High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). -Ability to travel across Wisconsin, including overnight stays. -Construction, carpentry, or property maintenance experience (preferred). -Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work indoors or outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
