Tasks

-Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients -Maintain accurate project records and reporting using Aconex -Oversee procurement, subcontractor engagement, and contract compliance -Support the project team with cost control, forecasting, and program tracking -Administer and manage contracts, variations, and progress claims

What You Bring

This position requires someone confident working autonomously, capable of managing end-to-end contract administration tasks within a fast-paced head contractor environment. Seeking an experienced Contract Administrator (Client Side) to a high-performing project team on a $300M landmark build. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of a major project in the Gold Coast, QLD. -Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture -Excellent attention to detail, commercial acumen, and negotiation skills -Strong working knowledge of Aconex and related project management systems -Experience on large-scale construction projects ($100M+ preferred) -Proven experience as a Contract Administrator with a Head Contractor (essential)
