Tasks

-Handle emergency calls and keep tools/job sites clean -Perform preventative maintenance -Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems -Collaborate with project teams and clients -Read blueprints and install ductwork/equipment -Work on new builds and retrofit installations

What You Bring

-Able to work in a variety of extreme weather, hot and cold conditions. -This position requires a valid driver’s license. -Strong communication and problem-solving skills -Able to work off a ladder, sometimes at heights. -Experience reading schematics/blueprints -Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. -Able to work safely in confined spaces such as attics, basements, closets, and crawl spaces. -Able to safely lift 50 pounds. -Able to bend, crawl, stoop, stretch, and reach. -Connecticut D1, D2, S1, S2, S10, S4 or SM2 Trade License -Able to work safely at elevated heights such as rooftops, ceilings, and ladders. -Professional attitude and commitment to quality and customer service -Able to walk on uneven surfaces. -Encon is a drug free workplace and requires post-offer pre-employment drug testing. -Ability to operate a computer and assigned software (including email)
