Tasks

-Resolve interface issues between systems, operations, and infrastructure. -Facilitate coordination with airport authorities, stakeholders, and contractors. -Establish timelines, milestones, and resources required for operational readiness. -Coordinate ORAT activities with design, construction, commissioning, and operational teams. -Conduct operational simulations, trial runs, and performance validation exercises. -Foster a collaborative, proactive approach to operational readiness across all disciplines. -Track ORAT schedules, milestones, and operational readiness KPIs. -Prepare reports and dashboards for program leadership and executive stakeholders. -Support formal handover to airport operations teams, ensuring sustainable operational performance. -Ensure full integration of airport systems including BHS, APM, IT, security, MEP, and utilities. -Ensure compliance with ICAO standards, local regulations, and airport operational policies. -Validate that systems and procedures meet project and operational requirements. -Mentor and guide ORAT coordinators, operational staff, and cross-functional teams. -Develop and implement a comprehensive ORAT strategy covering terminal, airfield, and supporting infrastructure. -Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions. -Develop and validate standard operating procedures, emergency response, and contingency plans. -Oversee training programs for operational staff. -Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.

What You Bring

-Degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, or related field with15+ years in ORAT, operational readiness, or airport operations management for large airport projects. -Experience in change management, operational staff training, and workflow optimization. -Familiarity with integrated airport systems, PMCM processes, and commissioning protocols. -Strong knowledge of airport operations, multi-system integration, and simulation testing. -Proven experience in large-scale terminal, airfield, and infrastructure projects.
