Tasks

-Review and analyze project data to support risk management and improve proposal accuracy. -Promote integrated MEP services and support company growth initiatives. -Develop strategic business plans with clear goals for new work opportunities, contract negotiations, and long-term growth. -Track and manage new project leads, follow-ups, and opportunity records. -Collaborate with estimating and engineering teams to provide conceptual estimates, value engineering, and technical support. -Assess client needs and align internal capabilities to meet project and business objectives. -Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and project interviews for RFPs/RFQs. -Meet with client management and technical teams to present company capabilities, project experience, and resources. -Partner with internal operations and preconstruction teams to qualify and advance new opportunities. -Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, serving as a trusted partner for electrical construction services.

What You Bring

Seeking an experienced Estimating/Preconstruction Professional with a strong background in Electrical Construction to help expand our client base and drive new project opportunities. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who understands the electrical contracting industry and thrives in developing and securing new business from concept/bid through to signed contract. -Collaborative mindset with outstanding leadership and team-building abilities. -Strong knowledge of electrical construction processes, estimating methods, and project development. -Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. -Proven ability to build relationships, negotiate contracts, and close deals. -Self-starter with the ability to pursue new opportunities proactively. -Minimum 8 years of experience in the construction industry, including at least 6 years in estimating/engineering.
