Tasks

-Work closely with the wider team to deliver a 5-star service. -Carry out building checks, report faults, and support health & safety compliance. -Support residents with queries, maintenance issues, and emergencies. -Keep records updated and maintain accurate data in our systems. -Assist with move-ins and move-outs, parcel handling, and key management. -Greet residents and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel welcome. -Promote community engagement and encourage use of communal spaces.

What You Bring

-Previous experience in customer service, ideally in residential, hospitality, or commercial settings. -Strong communication and social skills with a positive, “can-do” attitude. -Knowledge of health & safety and contractor management is desirable. -Ability to follow routines, complete documentation, and manage tasks efficiently.
