What you would be doing

  • Respond quickly to mechanical equipment failures or temperature excursions to protect IT assets.
  • Replace filters, and other mechanical components as needed.
  • Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) per schedule to ensure reliable system performance.
  • Escalate critical events to management and assist in root cause analysis after incidents.
  • Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including CRAC/CRAH units, Airewall’s, chillers, condensers, & pumps.

  • EPA Section 608 Certification - Universal
  • 2+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and on-call duty.
  • Experience in mission-critical environments such as data centers facilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, piping schematics, and wiring diagrams.
  • Experience with Liebert, Stulz, Airedale Or other precision cooling equipment.
  • EPA Section 608 Certification
  • Technical school preferred
  • Familiarity with BMS/BAS systems for monitoring and control.
  • Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, chilled water systems, and air distribution systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
